Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping Rates

We keep shipping simple:

• Standard Shipping (Australia Post): $15 flat rate
• Untracked Envelope (small items only): $2 flat rate

Untracked shipping is only available on select small items and does not include tracking or insurance.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

All standard shipping orders include tracking.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, Bush Optics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
